SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms describe the appointment-messaging program operated by Legends Barber Studio LLC (“Legends Barber Studio,” “we,” or “us”). By providing your mobile number on our booking page and submitting the consent checkbox, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Legends Barber Studio uses SMS to deliver appointment-related messages to customers who book through our website. The program includes:

• One-time verification codes (OTP) when you book.
• Booking confirmations after a successful appointment.
• Reminders before your appointment.
• Schedule-change or cancellation notices initiated by us or by you.
• Replies from our booking assistant if you message us back.

These messages are transactional and tied to a specific appointment you booked or attempted to book. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our booking page, checking the SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the form. Submitting your phone number without checking the box does not enroll you.

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies by your booking activity. Expect roughly 2–6 messages around each appointment (verification code, confirmation, one or two reminders, optional reschedule/cancel exchange).

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS. We do not control or reimburse those charges.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOPto any message we send and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any booked appointment — contact us directly if you want to cancel.

7. Supported Carriers

The program supports messages to and from US mobile numbers on major carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most MVNOs). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and message content are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect. Continued use of the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
